Reliable Back-office
The back-office portion of the system provides daily mediation, allocation, and rating of the usage records for each service. Users are given the ability to run and publish system and user initiated reports, including financial, accounting, operational, alarm, and sales/marketing reports. It includes cycle based billing runs, fully automated check, credit card and payment processing, including interest generation, as well as multimedia and multilingual bill publishing.

Publishing subsystem
Scalable, multilingual, multimedia subsystem with various bill delivery methods; bill templates with bank compliant scan line, MICR code, and PostNet bar codes to simplify fulfillment and postal processing.
